stamping plate: Uberchic Beauty uc1-02
stamping polish: konad special polish black
leadlighting polishes: opi colorpaints chromatic orange and primarily yellow
neon glitters are from china glaze point me to the party
I added the neon glitter after stamping the sunflower image and coloring it. This is how it looked before adding glitters:
