Models Own Valerian + Moyou Fairytale Collection 01

Hello

I have been quite busy from last few days. My younger sister in getting married in February that's why I am India till mid March. I am so so happy to be with my parents and family after such a long time and quite busy in wedding planning n shopping. I am hardly getting time to create something on my nails though I am paint them whenever I get time. Yesterday, I was relatively free so I took out my moyou stamping plates which i brought along with me to do some stamping. 

My middle finger nail broke few days back while packing unpacking my suitcase so i chopped rest of my nails. Please ignore the weird shape of my middle nail. 

I bought Models Own Velvet Goth collection last December. I didn't get the chance to swatch them all but today I have Valerian from the collection. Velvet Goth collection has five semi-textured polishes which dries matte. Valerian is a blue polish having silver, black hex glitters alongwith bigger blue hex glitters. Two coats for the following pictures with a coat of seche vite. (in daylight)

Happy New Year to you. I hope you all had great start of new year. I meant publish this post last year but few things kept me busy and I couldn't publish it on time. You may know that Moyou London recently launched their stamping polish collection. Since the launch everybody is curious to know more about these polishes, so here I am with a detailed review and swatches of these stamping polishes.

Happy New Year!!!

Hi, 

I hope you all are having great holidays. This is my last post for this year. I had a wonderful year, with lots of new polishes, stamping plates and lovely new friends.

I have a New Year theme manicure to share with you all today. This manicure is a mix of regular stamping and stamping decals and for the first time i did stamping sandwich. For base i mixed few drops of China Glaze Hanging in Balance to a clear polish to make it gelly-ish for the sandwich. 

I used Chekky 2013 Jumbo Happy Holidays, Nailways Snow-White New Year and Moyou Tourist Collection 01stamping plates.NYC aqua mystic, Barry m silver foil and Moyou nails black as stamping polishes.

I love watching fireworks at midnight at London Eye. It feels so lovely and incredible. I have been there two time and going there tonite too. Here's last year's video:

ILL Weekly Challenge - Glam Polish BA-NA-NA!

Today is the day for weekly ILL challenge4 and the theme today is "Nail Art over a Glitter Base". 

I recently bought Glam Polish Ba-Na-Na! from Rainbow Connection, so i decided to do a manicure with this.

Ba-Na-Na! is my love at first sight. When i saw this polish on the store, I knew i need it. It is a yellow crelly polish with lots of  pink, blue, green, orange even purple hex glitters along with few dot glitters of different sizes I wasn't sure about the formula  at the time of buying and thankfully it is good as compared to other yellow polishes. It requires three thin coats or one thin and one generous coat for opacity but the application is nice and I didn't mind that. Glitters are easy to apply too, I didnt have tofish for them and they transferred easily on nail with each coat. It is now one of my favorite yellow indie polish. I applied 3  coats for the pictures below and a coat of seche vite.

7 Days of Festivity Challenge Day 7

Hi, 

Today is final day of this challenge and I am glad that I did this challenge whole heartily without missing a day.  I had fun doing this challenge and I am thankful to all other ladies of ILL group who has participated in this challenge with me(you can see other manis here). 

For today's manicure i did stamping decals nail art over a gradient base of holographic silver n pink polish.

7 Days of Festivity: Day 5- Christmas Jumpers

Hi, 

Happy Friday. Christmas manicures are in-complete without a Christmas jumper nail art. So, for today I did a nail art showing Christmas Jumpers. 

For this nail art I used Models Own True Blue and Sally Hansen White On as base.

Stamped the base with Moyou Festive Collection image plate 04 using konad sp Red and Moyou sp White. 

Also, for this manicure i tried Moyou's XL Stamper* which is a big squishy stamper and works quite well.
