Shimmer Alice

Hello, 

In my last post shared swatches of five Shimmer polishes, today I have another gorgeous and blingy Shimmer Polish to share. 

Alice is a bomb of mixed sized silver holographic glitters suspended in a clear base. This can be easily layers over any kinda base or you can wear it on its own. I dont have any other polish like this in my stash so I am so happy to have it.

F.U.N Lacquer Diamond Holographic Top Coat

How's this week going for all of you. I was not feeling well from past two days and that's why couldn't post a manicure on Monday but I am better now. Today I am showing you all F.U.N Lacquer Diamond Holographic top coat. I bought this in February but since i wasn't here so  i couldn't swatch it earlier. 

"This SpectraFlair top coat is a pre-mixed nail polish made from the extremely fine grade SpectraFlair 35. F.U.N Lacquer SpectraFlair top coat is particularly stunning when used it over other colors. It can be layered over any color to give it a stunning rainbow holographic effect. Kaleidoscope(of El-corazon) Fashionista Collection Polishes: Fashionista in Paris and Fashionista on Fitness Swatches

Hello, 

 I am a fan of El-Corazon polishes. Today I have two polishes from their Kaleidoscope range which I was planning to review before i went on holidays. They launched Fashionista Collection back in 2013. This collection was released in two parts and has total 15 polishes. All of these polishes have white hex and micro glitters. 

I have two polishes from this collection No.13 Fashionista in Paris (Модница в Париже) and No. 14 Fashionista on fitness(Модница на фитнесе). 

Both of the polishes requires three thin coats to  opaque. Glitter pay off is nice and the formula is good.

I like both the colors. They look very neutral and are perfect for office wear however they dont look so good on me.

ILL Weekly Challenge - Glam Polish BA-NA-NA!

Today is the day for weekly ILL challenge4 and the theme today is "Nail Art over a Glitter Base". 

I recently bought Glam Polish Ba-Na-Na! from Rainbow Connection, so i decided to do a manicure with this.

Ba-Na-Na! is my love at first sight. When i saw this polish on the store, I knew i need it. It is a yellow crelly polish with lots of  pink, blue, green, orange even purple hex glitters along with few dot glitters of different sizes I wasn't sure about the formula  at the time of buying and thankfully it is good as compared to other yellow polishes. It requires three thin coats or one thin and one generous coat for opacity but the application is nice and I didn't mind that. Glitters are easy to apply too, I didnt have tofish for them and they transferred easily on nail with each coat. It is now one of my favorite yellow indie polish. I applied 3  coats for the pictures below and a coat of seche vite.

WingDust Collections Silent Reverie and Waking Dream

Hello,

Few days back I shared swatches of Coral Leaf by Wing Dust Collctions(here). Today, I have two more polishes from the lovely Indie brand. 

 

Silent Reverie has big and medium white hex along with medium pastel blue,golden hex and tiny blue, golden hex in a shimmery white jelly base. Formula is sheer and it need a good shake before applying so you can transfer all kinda glitters in it onto your nails. I layered two coats of Silent Reverie on sally hansen white on.

Waking Dream is a dark purple jelly polish with various sized gold, lavender and red glitters in dots, hex and diamonds along with red and holographic stars. It also has thin bar glitters and holographic iridescent. I find the formula thicker than Silent Reverie and it also require a good shake before applying. However the star glitters are so well behaved in this polish. They sit perfectly on nails. Three coats of Waking Dream for following pictures with top coat.

I dont know why it looking messy in the pictures but its really a delight to see in person.

Wing Dust Collections Coral Leaf - Swatches and NOTD

Hello,  

I had the busiest weekend and because of that i couldnt post yesterday. We celebrated Diwali which is the biggest Hindu festival. I had a great time. Though i missed my family a lot but  friends made it worth memorable. Now I am waiting for Christmas. 

Today I am here with a very beautiful and girly polish from WingDust Collections. Coral Leaf is a pinkish coral polish with pink and silver holographic micro glitters alogwith 12K white gold flakes. The formula is excellent and requires two coats. Drying time is also nice. I really liked that i didnt have to do fishing for gold flakes. I got gold flakes on the brush, every time I dip it in the bottle.

So, here is Wing Dust Coral Leaf 2 coats and a coat of HK girl top coat.

I personally like this polish very much. I have few polishes with this kinda flakes and every time i use them i have to put efforts to transfer the flakes on to nails but this one is effortless and pretty :)

Liquid Sky Lacquer XTC and Flower Power Nail Art

Hello, 

Previously, I showed you two beautiful thermal polishes from Liquid Sky Lacquer(see here). Today i have a beautiful holographic polish from the indie brand.  It's gonna be a long post (picture vise) so lets go straight to the swatches. 

Liquid Sky Lacquer XTC is a fluorescent pink holographic polish. Formula is incredible and two coats are enough of this polish for both visible holographic effect and opacity. two coats for following pictures and a layer of seche vite. The color look moe brighter in daylight than artificial light.

 I did a back to 60's inspired nail art on this beautiful pink holographic polish. 

Stamping plate i used are Moyou Kitty Collection 02(thumb and pinkie) and Moyou Back to 60's-01 from Time Traveler Collection.

Mentality 420 Holo Collecction- Regulate Swatch and NOTD

Hi, 

I am feeling lucky these days as I never won polishes in a giveaway but I won two giveaways last weekend onewas hosted by Sally Magpies in which i got Mentality Polish 420 Holo Collection having four polishes and another one was hosted by Wendy from Wendy's Delights where i won Pocket Money Polish Scream and Shoutwhich is a neon glitter topper. 

Today i have Regulate, a gorgeous holographic polish from Mentality 420 Holo Collection.It is a dark blue holographic polish with hints of green. 

This is my first Mentality polish and i absolutely love the formula. I used two coats for following pictures and a layer of top coat. It applies nic and even without any bald patches. 

Since my left pinki finger nail is suffering from breakage and bad chopping so i decided to paint on my dominant hand's finger nails again. Here is regulate for you(all the pictures are taken in artificial lighting):

Honestly pictures doesn't do justice to the polish. It's more deeper blue than in the pictures but i am sure you can see the goodness inside the bottle.

I stamped cute flowers design from Cheeky jumbo Happy Nails image plate.

I dont know about you but i absolutely love this stamping and this manicure. It has delicacy of flowers and gorgeousness of hologram effect(lol does that even make sense).

Emily De Molly Cosmic Forces: Swatch

Hi,  

We all have a unique taste in nail polishes. Some of us love glitters, some shimmer and some textured, but today i have a polish which won everybody's heart in nail world.

I always drooled on Emily De Molly polishes and when lovely Sally announced that she gonna stock Emily De Molly Polishes on Sally Magpies, i ordered Cosmic Forces and Majestic Flight, which I was lemming from the time when i first saw them. 

Cosmic Forces is a purple/plum jelly polish with big round  lavender holographic glitters along-with pink and purple small round and hex glitters.

I applied 2 coats of Cosmic Forces and topped with a coat of seche vite. You can apply 3 coats for more opaque look , i wanted it to look like jell-ish so only applied 2 coats. You can also layered it over another polish.  

Formula is nice although the big circle glitters sink to bottom so a gentle shake before application is must and little placement of circle glitters needed but its not very hectic and totally worth it.

Rainbow Honey Summer of 199X Collection: Pink Cloud, Fire Spring and Tiny Ruby

This post i meant to write two days ago but i was not feeling well so couldn't write it but I am felling better now.  Last week I posted a press release about Rainbow Honey Summer of 199X collection(here), Today i have 3 polishes from this collection to show you. 

These collection has total of 10 polishes and divided in two parts. Part I has 5 gelly based glitter polishes which can be applied  on their own or can be layered over another base color. Part II has 3 cremes with shimer hints and 2 glitter toppers. I have been sent 3 polishes from part I.

Darling Diva Polish Ménage á Trois & Pot 'O Gold Swatches

Hello Chics, 

By now you must  know that how much i love Darling Diva Polish. I always admire Carrie and her incredible work.  She launched her Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day collections recently and sent me these 2 lovely polishes, Ménage á Trois & Pot 'O Gold.

Coming to the polishes, first thing to note is the new labels:

Ménage á Trois has a pink tinted base with holo glitters and hex shifting from pink to red to purple.
I layered 2 coats of ménage á trois over Tip Top nail chic Meringue Surprise. Formula is nice and easy to apply can be wear on its own but need 3 coats for full coverage. No fishing require.

Next is Pot 'O Gold. Its true St.Patrick's Day polish with lots of green holo glitters and big holo gold hex glitters in a clear base. I layered 2 coats of this polish over Gosh Early Green. Glitters are easy to apply too.

I also layered it over a cream black, which i am currently wearing.
