7 Days Of Festivity Challenge Day 1- Candy Canes

Hi, 

I  decided to dedicate this week to Christmas Manicures. I am gonna post seven manicures daily this week. Some of my friends from ILL are also decided to take part in this challenge. Today's ILL Nail Challenge theme is also "Christmas" so this manicure will be great for both of the challenges. 

I did a simple freehand candy canes manicure for today.

nail polish- sinful colors Gogo Girl and Moyou stamping polish Green(yes i used an stamping polish for a base)

white stripes free handed with white acrylic paint.

Christmas Manicure - Guest post at "The-Crumpets"

Hi, 

Holidays are near and lots of beautiful Christmas/Holiday manicures are everywhere in the nail community. Debbie aka "The-Crumpet" decide to post a series of  Christmas guest posts by some British Bloggers. I am  glad and honoured to be part of it.

nail polishes: China glaze Hanging in Balance and Barry M Blueberry Icecreme

stamping plates: i used couple of stamping plates here. Santa, sleigh, stars and few snowflakes are stamped with Moyou Festive collection 01. Small trees are from Cheeky jumbo Holiday plate. Christmas tree on thumb is from HD05.

Nella Milano Baby Pink NOTD

Hi, 

Few days ago I showed you a Nella Milano shade called Sunny Yellow(see here). Nella Milano polishes are sold by Moyou Nails abd these polishes are claimed "one coat" polishes.

Today i have another shade from this brand. Baby Pink is a nice light pink shade creme polish. Formula is ok ok. It requires two to three coats depending on your nail length. I did three coats for following pictures.

I stamped the base with Moyou Nails Big Plate 6(picture here) using  red and black moyou stamping polishes.

ILL Weekly Challenge- Follow Someone's Tutorial

Hello,

I like this season very much. All the stores are stuffed with gifts, chocolates, sales and discounts.Yesterday, i went to  my nearest Tk-max to check out some kitchen stuff and I was surprised, usually my tk-max have most boring stuff but yesterday it was filled with lots of nail polish sets, soaps and other gift sets.  I saw a cute China Glaze set which has a little teddy bear(or some soft toy, i don't remember) along-with two China glaze polishes. I am gonna go there tomorrow and will buy check it out.  I went to Winter Wonderland too. I went there last year too. Though it was too crowd-y but I love going there.

Coming to today's post, I am a part of a FB group of Indian nail art/nail  polish lover called "Indian Lacquer Lover". In this group we do a weekly nail challenge. In this challenge we choose a theme through voting and share our manicures every Monday.  Today's theme for #ILLnailchallenge is "Follow Someone's Tutorial". I recreated a floral manicure inspired from a tutorial posted by Lucie from Lucy's Stash.

So, after you watch Lucy's post you can understand that this is not a very good work. My flowers are way too big and not so clean and honestly I think i could do better.

33DC33- Freestyle- Nella Milano Sunny Yellow and Big Stamping Plate 6 from Moyou Nails

Hi, 

33 days challenge has come to its end now. I loved doing this challenge, i learned new things and tried my best to keep up with the challenge. Today's theme is Freestyle. I did a classic stamping manicure today. 

Nella Milano polishes are lunched by Moyou Nails. These polishes are described as one coat polishes. Today, I have Sunny Yellow to show you. 

Sunny Yellow, as the name suggest is a nice yellow creme polish. Formula vise the polish is very good. As compared to other yellow polishes, it is less streaky. Though the polish needs two coats but it is still better than yellows i have. I believe may be it can be managed  with one coat on shorter nails.  These polishes are very shiny.

Moyou Nails recently launched their Big Plate 6. It is a huge plate having mix of small single, french and full nail images.

Many of these images we have seen  across many brand, but the left part of the plate looks more attracting to me, specially the owl and heart images. If asked, i honestly didnt like this plate, detailing is bad, some images are good but some are horrible like both the dots full nail stamp, the dots are unshaped and are not even proper dots, the  flower full nail image, crossed line pattern in the right most column, leaves in small single images and many more. 

Stamping quality vise this is good. The images stamps well.

33DC32- Shapes

Hi, 

I am very late in posting today. This is the second last post of 33 days challenge. Today's theme  is Shapes. 

I did a very simple manicure today and now when i see it,  It looks perfect for shorter nails and even for kids.

I used just base coat and top coat for this manicure alongwith acrylic colors to create the shapes.

I believe this will look more beautiful if i had a french tip done but anyway i dont know why but I like this manicure so much. Maybe after a long time i did something very simple and basic. Change is nice.

33DC31- Artwork with Three Favorite Polishes

Hello,  

I hope you had great weekend and all prepared for the week ahead. Today's theme is Artwork with your three favorite polishes. It took me so long to decide only three favorite polishes. I certainly have more than favorite than three. Finally i choose Barry M Pomegranate Gelly, China Glaze Hanging in Balance and Sally Hansen White On. I like pomegranate gelly because it is a beautifully polish not red,not pink, some where in between and it stamps very well too. Hanging in balance is exactly the blue i like and white on is one white polish i use most in my nail arts. 

I started watching Coupling from this weekend and my today's nail art is inspired from the background image of introductions.
