Hello from Australia - ILL Weekly Challenge Glossy n Matte

Writing here after a long time. We have been moved to Melbourne, Australia and that's why I was not able to post here regularly. We finally settled down here and with today's post I am starting writing again. I actually didn't do any nail arts in this duration because all of my stuff was packed, I did apply nail polishes though. 

This manicure I created for ILL weekly challenge theme Glossy n Matte.

Picture Polish Badass: swatch and NOTD

Hi, 

Today I have one of Picture Polish Blogger Collaboration shade which launched back in February. 

Badass is black holographic polish having scattered and subtle linear holo pigment. It also has multicolor micro flakes. You can read more about it at Sassy Shelly who is the blogger behind this collaboration shade. 

Formula of Badass is awesome.Unlike other holographic polishes it is one coater(though i used two coats) and doesn't leave bald patches.

I stamped the base with Winstonia W04 using barry m silver foil.

Barry M Croc Effect Nail Polish

Hola Gals,
weekend is here....  wht are ur plans for this weekend :).. I am planning a picnic this saturday essentially with sandwiches ;)... nywayz the point is m here with my latest favorite polish Barry M Croc Effect from my recent haul( u can check the post HERE)... only thing i wanna say abt it is AWESOME...

What they say about it: Croc Nail Effects is a stunning development following the best selling crackle range. These cracks appear in a more uniform mock-croc style pattern.

How To Use: Apply a base colour, after a few minutes when the nail paint is still a bit tacky apply a coat of Croc Nail Effects. Watch the amazing effect appear in a few minutes. The effect takes a bit longer to appear than the crackle but it is worth it!

My Experience: I applied a base coat followed by two coats of Barry M Gold Foil which i reviewed HERE..

when the 2nd coat is still tacky i applied a medium coat of croc effect and waited till it dry..

i so luv it as its being so different from regular crackle polishes available in terms of type of cracks.. truly a crocodile pattern...

the size of cracks can be adjusted by how thick or thin ur coat is.. the thinner the coat smaller the cracks..

finally i sealed it with a quick dry top coat.. only issue is tht it comes in only a singl color tht is black. iwish thy hav more color option to choose from..

Copy Cat: Lets Share Nail Art Challenge- Day 5

I was away from my blog for d whole week .. nd i missed all of u and my cute lil blog a lot :( ... i had the most terrible week of lifetime  with lots of confusions, discussions....  bt finally everything is looking gud now....  I really want to do a post and share abt wht i faced...  nyway coming to happy track...  u all knw i was participating in Puja's Nail Art Challenge..  the fifth day was on 20th May and the theme is COPY CAT.. in which we have to copy a nail art and recreate it .. I told her abt my busy schedule and she was kind enough to extend my timeline by today...  So, here I am with the challenge, today's theme is copy cat... here's my inspiration :

i didnt have much time for doing this, so I come up with this:

i somewhat messed the design but still i luv the color combi and its outcome...  and thnx Puja for the challenge .. it was lota fun.. looking forward for more in future :)

Grey n Black nails with Silver Stripes NOTD

Hello,
another Monday .. huh...bt i am quite excited for this week as one of a dear frnd is coming from US nd with him my Kleancolor beuatyjoint haul.. yes i did a recent haul from Beauty Joint and when i come to know tht my frnd is coming to India, i requested the BJ ppl to change my shipping address so that i can get it earlier.. yayyyyy!!!...  ok so coming to this NOTD ..  i wanted to do something with grey n black polishes and combibnation of matte and shimmery..  so landed to this..

polishes that i used are:  grey n silver from colorlife, black from colorama

i applied matte top coat to grey polish(which i cldnt capture properly in pics) as i wanted to make a combination of half matte and half shiny

i took the pics very closely thts y its looking a lil messy :(
