a-england Briar Rose and Rose Bower from Burne-Jones Dream Collection: Swatches and Review

 Hello
Summers finally hit UK and we are loving the sun here. I wonder i have so many polish swatches clicked and saved in my computer but just not getting time to write about them.

Anyway, a-england recently launched their latest collection Burne-Jones Dream Collection and it's inspired from The Legend of Briar Rose series of paintings by Edward Burne-Jones. This collection has total of 5 polishes, 4 of them are launched already the 5th one will be released later.

Today i have Briar Rose and Rose Bower* from this collection to show you.  Click on Read more for detailed swatches and a gradient manicure using these two beauties.

Briar Rose is a red-ish pink scatter holographic polish. Formula is great as all other a-england polishes and is pretty opaque. One descent coat is enough for  this polish but i am used to 2 thin coats. Following pictures are taken in artificial light and no top coat.

Rose Bower* is gorgeous red polish with scatter holographic particles. The holographic effect is subtle but i just love this polish. When i saw other swatches i was like ok another red but when i applied it, i just went aww. This shade definitely suits my skin tone and i love that.

This polish again is a descent one coat-er. I used 2 thin coats and no top coat. Pictures taken in artificial light.

Overall i like both polishes, formula is great and so is application. These polishes are available worldwide through a-england network

If you live in UK than you can pre-order them by mailing at
