Shimmer Polish Marilyn, Candace and Liana Swatch and Review(Part 1)

Hello Chics,

Hope you all having a great weekend. Today i am here with first part of my Shimmer Polish swatch series.  Shimmer Polish is creation of Cindy and her work is amazing with glitters. She sent me a love package few days ago so here we are with Shimmer Marilyn,Candace and Liana .

Do you ever feel need of sun-glasses to see a nail polish, if not then get one now.

First Candace, it's a clear base polish with holographic gold glitters along-with black and fuchsia glitters. You can see blue hints in glitters at different angles. I  actually love this combo of gold, black , blue and fuchsia, definitely very creative. I chose not to layer it over and use just 2 coats of Candace with 2 coats of seche vite for following pictures.

Next is Marilyn, it's a red/pink jelly base polish having microglitters. This is the most beautiful red glitter polish i have ever seen. 2 coats on its own but a third coat can be applied to cover sides of nails and deep burgundy color. 2 coats of seche.

Lastly Liana, again i chose not to do layering as this was so beautiful and glitter mix is so rich in colors tht it can be wear on its own. It has blue and black microglitters in clea base with some holo tints and  blue hex glitters. 2 coats with 2 coats of seche in following  pics.

So,overall i like all three of them. Regardless of jam pack glitters these applied smoothly although they need more top coat to smooth out the glitters but that's the case with every loaded glitter polish.

Shimmer Polishes sells international from $10 to $15.

You can buy Shimmer Polish from Cindy's Etsy Shop and can also contact her on Facebook. She also make custom made polishes so if you want anything specific or personalized then contact her.

So which one you like most. Stay tune for upcoming posts in this series as i have done some layering and nail arts using Shimmer.

OPI Mariah Carey Collection Feturing Liquid Sand Polishes

Hello Chics,
I hope you all had great weekend.. Its now chilling outside and hopefully when i wake up in the morning i will experience snowfall.. :)

Today, I have OPI liquid sand polishes to show you which are part of OPI's newly launched Mariah Carey Collection. This Collection has 8 polishes in total, 4 of which are Liquid Sand polishes. As OPI says "OPI Liquid Sand™ lacquers featuring groundbreaking technology for a textured, matte finish infused with reflective sparkle" , these are stunning polishes and if you like textured polishes than you are in heaven.

I got a mini set of 4 polishes from ebay.  These polishes dries matte yet with lots of sparkle. OPI recommend not to use Top Coat with liquid sand polishes.

**Picture Heavy Post**

So, first is Get Your Number. This a blue jelly polishes with holo glitters.. polishes dries matte but glitter still sparkles and looks beautiful.. its a bit sheer and but 2 coats make it right .. in following pics i used 3 coats of Get Your Number and no top coat..

hopefully you can see rainbow sparkling glitters of the polish... this polsih is perfect combination of matte with glitters.. matte effect looks more beautiful as time pass. Formula is nice and apply easily.

Can't Let Go is a purple base with lots of purple hex glitters. The color actually is more towards grape purple than appearing here. Applies easily and need 2 coats however to add more drama i layered 3 coats of this  polish.

The Impossible is pinkish red jelly bas e polish. In some swatches over the internet i saw this polish having star glitters alongwith hex glitter but i couldnt find  a single star even after fishing.. maybe mini bottle doesn't have/very few stars in it. Apart from that , its a beautiful polish not my favorite in the collection but doesn't hate either. It took 3 coats to build this up.

Last and my most favorite from the collection is Stay The Night. It's a black jelly base with dark pink/red glitters. I love love love this shade. Took 3 coats to full and nice opacity.

Overall, I like all the four polishes although they took a little more drying time as I  didn't apply any fast drying top coat. Many of us doesn't like textured polishes but if you like as myself than these can't be avoided. Can't comment about the stayng power though as i change my polishes in a day or two and when i took them , they all were doing ok.

so, what all would be your picks.

F4 Polish Midnight Circus and Bubble Yum Swatches, Review

Hola,
Today, i am here with another Indie swatches and review.. F4 Polish is handmade polishes created by 3 sisters. I have been sent 2 polishes to review, they are Midnight Circus and Bubble Yum.

Midnight Circus and Bubble Yum

First of all i like the label, it's hand written and a big rhinestone accenting for O.
Came to me well packed.

Here's the close swatch of the formula:
 pretty, isn't it..

First Midnight Circus, the name is so accurate. This polish have tiny matte black glitters with medium square white and red, purple, blue, yellow, orange, green hex glitters suspended in a clear base.
This polish is so beautiful that it will go great with any base.

Here i applied 2 coats of polish over a white base:
and this one over models own aciiied.
i didnt use any top coat and the glitters were easy to apply.

second polish is Bubble Yum which is really yummy :).. bubble yum is also clear base polish having various sized matte white and pink hex glitters ,and fine dark pink glitters.

i layered 2 coats of bubble yum over black,
also over models own true blue ( sorry the blue base swatches are taken in flash as i applied it and slept for like 5 hrs :D and when i woke up it was dark outside.. )

both of the polishes just need a little bit of swirling around before application and you are good to go.

all F4 polishes are big 3 Free!!!
These polishes costs $8 and also available in minis($4) upon requests.
Shipping to US and Canada $3 and $5 respectively, and for intentional orders PM them on their FB wall.

F4 polish is now included in my favorite indie brand  and  i definitely recommend these glitters. :)

you can contact them on their Facebook Page and their Etsy Shop.

*** these polishes are sent to me for review however that doesnt effect my thoughts.
